Workshop DISPLAY (Curating, exhibiting, communicating) together with Maureen Mooren for the Cultures of the Curatorial MA Program.
In celebration of its 10th anniversary the team of the MA CotC initiated a weeklong symposium with the intriguing title: Show And Try Again. It took place at the HGB (Hochschule fuer Grafik und Buchdruckkunst) in Leipzig from 26-30 November 2019. A workshop was organized in October 2019 for all HGB students that were interested in the combination of curating/exhibiting/communicating and in designing and organizing the setting for this event. Each day of the symposium would have a different emphasis: show, try, again, no show & assembly. And for each day different guest speakers and performers were invited to present, do workshops or performances. With groups of students we worked on a different setting for each day in relation to the content.
